This website is owned by Red Centre Soaps and the material; including logos, photos, text and other graphics contained herein is owned by us (from here on ‘us’ will refer to “Red Centre Supplies” and may not be downloaded, or used for any means unless permission is given by us .

The purpose of this site is to provide the customer (you) with information about us, our products, stores and activities. We also provide you with the opportunity to purchase online through our secure shopping cart.

Product Availability

We undertake to keep our website current with regard to product names, descriptions and photos of products available. However, from time to time products listed in stock may not be available, if this occurs we will notify you by telephone or email to seek your instructions for a suitable replacement. If you prefer we will refund any charges incurred for that product immediately.

As our products are hand produced in small quantities, slight variances in colour or appearance (in particular soap tops) may occur, this variance will not effect the quality, usability or the way the product performs.

Packaged gifts and soap boxes are individually prepared and may vary in soaps contained. Value and weight of product will not vary.

 

Feedback

Any comments or feedback that you provide to us by any means will remain our property and may be used by us(with identifiers removed).

 

Terms of Sale

All retail prices will have 10% GST at checkout.

We dispatch products after payment is received and until then the products remain the property of Red Centre Soaps. Payment can be made on line with Mastercard or Visa credit card, or Afterpay or PayPal. 

 

We pack all items securely using either recycled packaging materials or biodegradable packing peanuts. We reuse packing materials  received by us where possible. Portage is undertaken by Australia Post.  Orders are dispatched quickly after receipt and we aim to have orders completed within 48 hours (business days).

For retail customers, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to obtain a mutually satisfactory solution. For products produced by us, we will either replace the product or refund your money, for products that are not supplied by us, we ask that you return the product in it’s original packaging in a saleable condition after contacting us for instructions. 

 

Wholesale customers

We do not guarantee exclusivity in an area unless we have discussed with you our minimum required  order size and range to ensure exclusivity. This minimum must be maintained to retain this status.

Once approved by us, we will give you access to wholesale purchase online.

Payment is by proforma invoice unless prior arrangement has been made.

As soap is a personal use product, we do not accept returns of wholesale lots unless there is a fault with the product. 

Soaps should be stored in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Soap that are not on display should be kept in their paper packaging until put out on display.
